Alex, born in Barcelona, and Ana, hailing from Dubrovnik, blended their skills after forging successful careers in architecture and interior design. Alex, graduating in 2013, brought with him a wealth of international experience, while Ana, graduating in 2016, contributed her passion for interior design.
In 2018, they decided to join forces to create a studio reflecting their dedication to transforming ideas into realities, incorporating creativity, functionality, and aesthetics into every project. HOA has become a global reference with notable projects in Spain, Switzerland, and Serbia, with offices in Barcelona and Belgrade.
Furthermore, the firm has expanded its influence with HOA HOUSE, a dedicated direction for the art and design of exclusive furniture. Blending Swiss minimalism with the relaxed style of the Mediterranean, each furniture piece is a unique expression of quality and detail. TEAM
Alex AZOFRA
Born in Barcelona in 1987, Alex Azofra graduated as an architect in 2013 from the School of Architecture UIC Barcelona.
From the early stages of his career, he collaborated with prominent architecture firms in Barcelona, London, and Zurich.
In 2014, after a year of professional experience, he ventured to relocate to the picturesque Swiss town of Zuoz in the Alps. There, he autonomously developed projects for private clients, ranging from residential to hotel and commercial spaces.
His passion for teaching led him back to Barcelona, where, for four consecutive years, he conducted an innovative workshop at the university, specializing in digital graphic representation of architectural projects.
Ana DJORDJEVIC
Born in Dubrovnik in 1988, Ana Djordjevic completed her studies in Interior Design at Sapienza Università di Roma, Prima Facolta di Architettura Ludovico Quaroni.
Later, she graduated as an architect in 2016 from the School of Architecture UIC Barcelona.
Since the early days of her career as an interior designer and architect, she has worked with various studios in Rome, Belgrade, and Barcelona.
In 2018, she decided to settle in Barcelona to consolidate her professional career.

HOA has undertaken projects worldwide, with a particular emphasis on Spain, Switzerland, and Serbia. With main offices in Barcelona and a branch in Belgrade, the studio has become a reference in architectural, interior, and physical and digital furniture design.
As an extension of their passion for design, HOA established HOA HOUSE, dedicated to the exclusive art direction and design of furniture.
